This easy ITH Project is a wonderful way to be environmentally conscious, providing a reusable, washable alternative to cling film and plastics.
Completed in one 6×10 hooping, just a small amount of preparation is needed on a sewing machine (or by hand) first – joining the main fabric to the lining fabric for the front panel, and the same for the flap. The turning gap is also sewn by hand at the end of the project.
I have used food safe waterproof PUL lining, insul-bright wadding and cotton for the outer. The insul-bright wadding keeps hot things hot, and cold things cold.
It’s a fab, eco friendly way to transport your snacks about.
This bag design is smaller than the reusable sandwich bag pattern that we have as a separate listing, and is therefore ideal for snacks such as cheese and crackers etc. Why not make it in matching fabric and offer it as a great gift bundle!
