This gorgeous ITH love heart is the perfect gift to give to a loved one who needs a little boost – and reminder of how special they are.

The pattern consists of 16 positive tags – 10 phrases (positive affirmations), 4 shapes and 2 blanks – and a heart pattern.

You personalise your Heart by choosing appropriate tags and adding them In The Hoop. It is also very simple to make this pattern into a hanging decoration by adding a hanging ribbon (explained in the instructions)

Alternatively, you could use the tags on their own and give them to someone special in a card. Or in a zipper bag where they can pull one out at random when they want to.

Included are 2 hoops with the Positive Affirmations and one hoop with the heart design. All hoops are VERY EASY to make.
